COME HOME TO YOU
Grab a piece of paper.
List 3 things that bring you back to you. What makes you feel whole, happy and complete?
Take your time. Now read each one to yourself and breath in and breath out as you meditate on each answer.
How does that make you feel inside? Did it calm you down or did it make you feel anxious?
Try not to judge the experience. Allow yourself to just be an observer.
Now list 3 things that makes you feel imbalance.
Now read each one to yourself and breath in and breath out as you did before, after each answer.
How does that make you feel inside. Did the stress or discomfort subsided as you exhaled? or Did you feel more anxious?
Also, try not to judge the experience. Just be the observer.
Now ask yourself from each list, what can I do to experience more of the positive things that ground me and what can I do to let go of the experiences that make me feel anxious and stressed out.
Just do 1 from each list. Try doing this for 3 days and go to the next one on both list, until you have completed both exercise.
Here is a great little affirmation:
I breath in life. I breath out love and peace.
Live Well. Live Beautifully.
Connect to what brings you back to you. What brings you back home inside?

COME HOME TO YOU
In today's hustle and bustle it is very easy for us to get lost in the demands of life and feel very disconnected to the people, places, and things that keep us grounded. I want to encourage you today to take a moment and connect with those things that keep you centered within.
It maybe a walk in the park, reading your favorite book, listening to your favorite song, connecting without any outside distraction, with the ones you love or just being quick and listening to your own breath.
What matters is we need to unplug to the chaos around us, so we do not get lost in it all.
